Tom Verducci Writes Words
After consulting his magic 8-ball. (The toy or the cocaine? I'm not sure.)
Regardless, he writes here that your New York Mets will be winning the World Series this year. Which is all well and good, SI curses be damned. But I would have liked to see how Tom thinks the Mets will get around what is shaping up to be an inconsistent rotation, and if he believes the 71 year old right side of Castillo and Delgado will produce anything consistently.
But, using Verducci's reasoning, will a team with an owner suckered into one of history's biggest scams win the World Series?
