Even this Bernazard firing can't come off simply. The reporter who breaks the story is lobbying for a job with the front office? Christ, why couldn't we get a simple press conference from Minaya?

"Hi, Tony Bernazard has lost his fucking mind. And his job. Thanks."

Instead we get Minaya babbling like a fool, (I regret what I said, not that I said it, but that I had to say it, do you know what I'm saying???) and another round of conspiracy to hear about. Adam Rubin, here comes your job offer. Probably with SNY's drama department.
